FOOD DELIVERY
DELIVERY IN MIAMI
From generation to generation, our families have kept the deeply rooted Argentine custom of meeting every Sunday to enjoy some homemade meal.
In 2003, we decided to start using the recipes of our ancestors and share with Miami the true taste of our family tradition. That is how TOMASAwas born, a project whose success stems from the use of healthy ingredients and our passion for good food<.
The dream that began in our kitchen turned into a company that operates a USDA-certified facility that produces a wide variety of products.
Today we are happy to share our products not only with our friends but also with hundreds of stores, distributors and supermarkets -both local and regional- throughout the US East Coast.
TOMASA makes sure that all products undergo rigorous inspection before leaving the plant, and thus guarantees the highest quality standards for all its products.
We believe that our success is based on hard work and the strong values that drive what we do. We continue to use the same original recipes and produce the same quality.
QUALITY
Our company relies on professionals qualified for the development and implementation of effective quality control tools and good manufacturing practices that are necessary to provide the basic environmental and operating conditions for the production of safe and wholesome food, meeting the standards and regulations set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture.
Through continuing supplier guarantee and supplier HACCP system verification, we count on the best suppliers of raw materials for the manufacturing of our products.
Our management is strongly committed to the HACCP concept and its pre-requisites in guiding our practices, enabling us to market a first class product and provide quality assurance to our clients.
Our company relies on a systematic approach to the identification, evaluation, and control of food safety hazards during our production based on a set of determined critical control points (CCPs) and established critical limits, as well as established monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification procedures, and record-keeping and documentation procedures.
