Sunsof Inc. provides through the Tomasa brand frozen quality products such as empanads, burritos and quesadillas. Each product has a certain quantity of filling so you can really taste and enjoy it. Our unique taste is the result of an exhaustive search for first quality ingredients and for the aroma of fresh herbs and spices that result in our traditional and unique empanadas, burritos and quesadillas.

FLAVORS AND SIZES

Our empanadas are the only ones in the market that have the name of each flavor imprinted on the crust: this is a nice and easy way to recognize them (both for regular and natural empanadas).

Natural: We use “All Natural” ingredients in order to guarantee our customers foods without artificial colors, flavors, or other petro-chemical additives.
Regular: An exhausted search of “1st Quality” ingredients and also the aroma of Argentinean herbs and spices are the result of our traditional and unique empanada.

What is an empanada?
An empanada is a baked pastry filled with beef, fish, vegetables or other ingredients.
Its origins date back to centuries before Christ in old Persia. It is believed that during the conquest of Spain, the Moors introduced empanadas in the Iberic Peninsula, and later
the Spanish settlers brought them to America.
At present, empanadas can be found all over Latin America, with some regional and country variations. In Argentina they are considered to be the most traditional dish, and many families usually get together on Sundays to enjoy some delicious homemade empanadas.

First quality ground beef with spices from Argentina so we
can keep that traditional and juicy flavor.
Dough crispy and oven baked.
Size Available in 95, 60, 35 gr (2 bite).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1 | Preheat oven to 475ºF.
2 | Place empanadas on a lightly greased
baking/cookie sheet.
3 | Bake for 10 to 13 minutes at 475º For until
empanada top is golden brown. Then remove.

OPTIONAL BAKING TIPS
1 | Brush empanadas with beaten egg.
2 | Lightly pierce top of cheese empanadas with
a fork before baking. Enjoy!!

 

CHICKEN
EMPANADAS

Fresh vegetables and a bed of spices give this empanada a delicious taste.
Dough crispy and oven baked.
Size 95gr/14cm 60gr/12cm 35gr/10cm (2 bite).

2 | Place empanadas on a lightly greased
baking/cookie sheet.
